Disability
Disability. Disability as defined in the Company's long-term disability plan covering exempt salaried employees, except as otherwise determined by the Administrator and set forth in an Award agreement. The Administrator shall make the determination of Disability and may request such evidence of disability as it reasonably determines.
Disability. Or "Disabled" means the applicable authorized party under the long-term disability plan (the "LTD Plan") maintained by the Employee's employer (either the Company or an Affiliate) has provided written notification that the Employee qualifies for disability benefits under the LTD Plan (a "Disability Notice"). If the Employee is not eligible for disability benefits under any applicable LTD Plan, then the Employee shall not qualify as Disabled under this Plan.
