Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. The inability of Executive, due to a physical or mental incapacity or disability, to perform the essential functions of Executive’s position, with or without reasonable accommodation, required of Executive for a continuous period of 90 days or any 120 days within any 12-month period. However, in no event shall a disability be a Disability unless Executive is considered to be disabled under the long-term disability plan of the Company for which Executive is eligible.

Disability.
