Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Means the Qualified Director is "disabled" within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code. Such Disability will be determined by the Committee on the basis of medical evidence satisfactory to it.
Disability. A physical or mental incapacity of the Executive which entitles the Executive to benefits at least as favorable as the benefits provided under the long term disability plan applicable to and maintained by the Company as in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.
Disability. Means the definition of "Disability" stated in the Participant's employment agreement with the Company.
