Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. If the Executive is incapacitated or disabled by accident or sickness or otherwise so as to render him mentally or physically incapable of performing the services required to be performed by him under this Agreement for a period of 120 consecutive days or longer, or for an aggregate of 120 days during any twelve-month period.
Disability. Means (i) Executive has been deemed disabled for purposes of any group or individual disability policy paid for by the Company that is in effect at the time of such disability; or (ii) the Board, in good faith, has determined Executive is substantially unable to perform his duties under this Agreement for a period in excess of 120 days (whether or not consecutive)
Disability. Disability. Disability. ''Disability'' means ''disability'' as that term is defined for purposes of the Company's Long Term Disability Plan or other similar successor plan applicable to employees.
