Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Executive's absence from Executive's duties with the Company on a full-time basis for 180 days during any consecutive twelve-month period as a result of incapacity due to mental or physical illness as determined by a physician selected by the Company and acceptable to Executive or by the company which administers the Company's long-term disability plan in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Disability. The term "disability" for all purposes of the Program shall mean the participant's disability as defined in subsection 4.1(a) of the Abbott Laboratories Extended Disability Plan for twelve (12) consecutive months.
Disability. The meaning set forth in the long-term disability plan maintained by Employer from time to time.
Disability. Disability.
