Example Definitions of "Disabled"
Disabled. For purposes hereof, the Executive will be considered "Disabled" if an independent medical doctor (selected by the Company's health or disability insurer) certifies that the Executive has for ninety (90) consecutive days or one hundred eighty (180) days in any twelve (12) month period been disabled in a manner which interferes with the Executive's ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the Executive's responsibilities under the Agreement and/or adversely affects the... operational requirements of the Company's business.
