Example Definitions of "Disabled"
Disabled. Shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Option Agreement of the Optionee.
Disabled. Means that the Employee becomes permanently and totally disabled within the meaning of section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Disabled. Shall mean, with respect to the Executive, being physically or mentally disabled, whether totally or partially, so that he has been substantially unable to perform his services hereunder for a consecutive period of more than six (6) months or for shorter periods aggregating six months during any twelve-month period.

Disabled. -- Employee shall be deemed Disabled if he is unable to perform his duties hereunder for a period in excess of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days, and in such case the date on which he shall be deemed Disabled shall be the 181st day.
Disabled. A disability as determined under the Company's long-term disability plan or program in effect at the time the disability first occurs, or if no such plan or program exists at the time of disability, then a "disability" as defined under Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.
Disabled. The term "Disabled" shall mean "totally disabled" as defined under the long-term disability plan in effect generally for salaried employees of G-P at Officer's Termination Date (whether or not Officer actually participates in that plan at the time) as determined by the plan administrator of such plan.
