Enterprise

Enterprise. Means, any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or other entity.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company, any subsidiary of the Company, and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, foundation, employee benefit plan, association or other legal entity.

Enterprise. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Enterprise" means any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity for which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, or Agent.

Enterprise. Means the Company and any other Person that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express request of the Company.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company, any wholly- or majority-owned subsidiary of the Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the request or consent of the Company, or any subsidiary, as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary

Enterprise. The Corporation and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving, or has agreed to serve, at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, fiduciary, partner, trustee, member or employee, or in any similar capacity.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Parent, the Subsidiary and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Parent and/or of the Subsidiary as a director, officer, controller, country lead, legal counsel, representative before public authorities and/or head of a business unit.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, limited partnership, general partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Company as a director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Partnership and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Partnership as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. The Company, any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company, and any other company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.
