Equipment

Equipment. Means all servers and related equipment, if any, together with all software installed on the servers, all of which are listed on Exhibit A hereto, as well as related technical information and service manuals, to the extent such are in the possession of Seller and all customer support information related to the Accounts.

Equipment. Equipment. Means all "equipment" (as defined in the UCC), including, without limitation, all machinery, motor vehicles, trucks, trailers, vessels, aircraft and rolling stock and all parts thereof and all additions and accessions thereto and replacements therefor.

Equipment. Means a machine, including its features, conversions, upgrades, elements, or accessories, or any combination of them. Equipment includes all McLeodUSA Equipment either owned or provided by McLeodUSA. This term excludes Programs.

Equipment.
