Example Definitions of "Equity Securities"
Equity Securities. Shall mean (i) any Common Stock or other capital stock of the Company, (ii) any security convertible, with or without consideration, into any Common Stock or other capital stock of the Company (including any option, warrant or other right to subscribe for or purchase such a security), (iii) any security carrying any option, warrant or other right to subscribe for or purchase any Common Stock or other capital stock of the Company, or (iv) any such option, warrant or other right.
Equity Securities. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Note.
Equity Securities. Means the creation and issuance of other classes or series of stock of the Company (including warrants, options or other rights to purchase or otherwise acquire stock or other interests in the Company), having rights and/or obligations different from those of the Common Stock.
