Equity Securities

Equity Securities. Means (i) Common Stock, (ii) rights, options or warrants to purchase Common Stock, (iii) any security, shares, interests, participations, other equity interests of any kind or other equivalents (however designated) of capital stock of the Company, and any warrants, options, rights to purchase any of the foregoing or (iv) any security convertible into or exchangeable for any of the foregoing.

Equity Securities. Means (i) any and all equity securities of the Company held, directly or indirectly, by the Holders from time to time and (ii) any and all other shares of Class A Common Stock or other equity securities of the Company, securities of the Company convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, such shares and options, warrants or other rights to acquire such shares of Class A Common Stock or other equity securities.

Equity Securities. The term "Equity Securities" shall mean any equity securities of Licensee issued by Licensee for bona fide equity financing purposes, including, without limitation, equity securities of Licensee issued upon conversion of convertible debt of Licensee.
