Exercise Date

Exercise Date. The date ICM delivers to SIRE a Put Exercise Notice pursuant to this Agreement.

Exercise Date. Means the first Trading Day on or after August 15 and February 15 of each Purchase Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the first Exercise Date under the Plan will be February 15, 2015.

Exercise Date. (a) if this Warrant is to be exercised as part of the consummation of the IPO as provided in Section 9(a), the date immediately prior to the consummation of the IPO; and (b) if this Warrant is to be exercised as part of the consummation of an Acquisition as provided in Section 9(b), the date immediately prior to the consummation of the Acquisition.

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after [February 1] and [August 1] of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan will be [February 1, 2016]

Exercise Date. The term "Exercise Date" means the last day of each Offering Period (or, if such day is not a trading day in the U.S., the next such preceding trading day). If the Company's stock is not listed or admitted to trading on a publicly traded exchange on the last day of the Offering Period, and the last day of the relevant Offering Period is not a trading day in the U.S., then the Exercise Date shall be the next preceding U.S. trading day.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last date of an applicable Exercise Period. In the absence of a specific determination to the contrary by the Board of Directors or the Committee, (i) for an Offering Period that commences on January 1 the following June 30, December 31, June 30 and December 31 shall each be an Exercise Date; and (ii) for an Offering Period that commences on July 1, the following December 31, June 30, December 31 and June 30 shall each be an Exercise Date.
