Exercise Date

Example Definitions of "Exercise Date"
Exercise Date. Shall mean the first Trading Day on or after May 15 and November 15 of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan however shall be such date as determined solely in the discretion of the Board pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan.
Exercise Date. Shall mean the first Trading Day on or after February 15th and August 15th of each year.
Exercise Date. Means the date on which a Participant exercises an Award.
Exercise Date. Shall mean the calendar date on which a Participant exercises an Option granted under the Plan.
Exercise Date. Means a date not less than six months and not more than one year after a Grant Date, as determined by the Board, on which Options must, if ever, be exercised.
Exercise Date. The "Exercise Date" shall mean the respective date on which the Holder exercises this Warrant pursuant to the terms hereof.
