Exercise Date

Exercise Date. A date on which the Warrant is exercised.

Exercise Date. Means the date of any Exercise Notice hereunder.

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after January 1 and July 1 of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan will be the first Trading Day on or after December 30, 2005.

Exercise Date. Means the last Trading Day of each calendar month.

Exercise Date. The last Trading Day prior to the commencement of the June and December Offering Period commencement dates each year. The Administrator, in its discretion, from time to time may, prior to an Enrollment Date for all options to be granted on such Enrollment Date, determine (on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis) when the Exercise Dates will occur during an Offering Period.

Exercise Date. The day before the next Quarterly Grant Date.

Exercise Date. Subject to Section 5.1, "Exercise Date" shall mean the period ending on the earlier of (i) [Five Years from Date of Issuance] or (ii) the closing of the initial public offering of the Company's Common Stock, unless terminated earlier as provided below.
