Exercise Date

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after March 1st and September 1st of each year.

Exercise Date. Means the last day of each Purchase Period, i.e. June 30 and December 31, as applicable for the duration of the Plan.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last Trading Day in February and August of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan shall be the last Trading Day in August 2001.
