Exercise Date

Exercise Date. The date on which the Employee exercises the SAR or a portion of the SAR

Exercise Date. (i) the date of exercise designated by the Holder in the Notice or (ii) if the date is not so designated in the Notice, the date the Bank receives the Notice, which, in either event, shall not be earlier than the date that the Notice is received by the Company and shall not be later than the expiration of the Term.

Exercise Date. Means the last day of each Offering and/or such other dates during an Offering on which a lump-sum payment and/or prepayment is received from a Participant and processed according to procedures as designated by the Plan Administrator.

Exercise Date. The effective date of the delivery of the Notice of Exercise pursuant to Sections 3 and 10 below.

Exercise Date. The 15th day of the first month following the close of any Offering Period or, if such day shall not be a Business Day, the next Business Day thereafter
