Exercise Date

Exercise Date. With respect to each Offering Period, the first business day occurring on or after the fifteenth (15th) day following the Closing Date for such Offering Period in which payroll deductions are made under the Plan.

Exercise Date. The date on which the Corporation shall have received the Exercise Notice attached as Schedule A hereto duly executed by the Holder hereof.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last Trading Day of each of the Company's fiscal quarters: which end April, July, October and January

Exercise Date. The last Trading Day of each Purchase Period. The first Exercise Date shall be the last Trading Day on or before December 31, 1996

Exercise Date. The date on which the Employee exercises the SAR or a portion of the SAR

Exercise Date. (i) the date of exercise designated by the Holder in the Notice or (ii) if the date is not so designated in the Notice, the date the Bank receives the Notice, which, in either event, shall not be earlier than the date that the Notice is received by the Company and shall not be later than the expiration of the Term.

Exercise Date. The last day of each offering period of the Plan

Exercise Date. Means the last day of each Offering and/or such other dates during an Offering on which a lump-sum payment and/or prepayment is received from a Participant and processed according to procedures as designated by the Plan Administrator.

Exercise Date. The effective date of the delivery of the Notice of Exercise pursuant to Sections 3 and 10 below.

Exercise Date. The 15th day of the first month following the close of any Offering Period or, if such day shall not be a Business Day, the next Business Day thereafter
