Example Definitions of "Exercise Date"
Exercise Date. With respect to each Offering Period, the first business day occurring on or after the fifteenth (15th) day following the Closing Date for such Offering Period in which payroll deductions are made under the Plan.
Exercise Date. The date on which the Corporation shall have received the Exercise Notice attached as Schedule A hereto duly executed by the Holder hereof.
