Exercise Date

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last Trading Day in each Offering Period.

Exercise Date. In case of any partial exercise of this Warrant, the Company shall cancel this Warrant upon surrender hereof (or in the event that this Warrant is lost, stolen or destroyed, upon the Company's receipt of an indemnity agreement) and shall execute and deliver a new Warrant having the same terms as this Warrant for the balance of the shares of Warrant Stock purchasable hereunder as soon as practicable and in any event not more than fifteen (15) days after exercise of this Warrant.

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after [May 1] and [November 1] of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan shall be [November 1, 2004].

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after February 28 and August 31 of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan shall be August 31, 2001.

Exercise Date. With respect to any exercise (in whole or in part) of this Incentive Warrant either (i) the date this Incentive Warrant, the Exercise Notice and the Aggregate Exercise Price are received by the Company or (ii) the date a copy of the Exercise Notice is sent by facsimile to the Company, provided that this Incentive Warrant, the original Exercise Notice, and the Aggregate Exercise Price are received by the Company within 5 Trading Days thereafter and provided further that if this Incentive... Exercise Date. Shall mean the date USU receives written notice of exercise of an exercisable option, SAR or LSAR.

Exercise Date. The date on which a portion of a Participant's Option becomes exercisable. The Exercise Date shall be the anniversary of the Grant Date as required by the holding period applicable to French qualified options under French law on the Grant Date according to section 163 bis C of the French tax code.
