Exercise Date

Exercise Date. Shall mean the date one day prior to the date six ------------- months, twelve months, eighteen months, or twenty-four months after the Enrollment Date of an Offering Period.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last Trading Day of each Semi-Annual Participation Period.
