Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean that period of time during which an Option granted under the Plan may be exercised, determined in accordance with paragraph 7 hereof.

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time during the term commencing on the Issuance Date and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 28, 2008, the date that is 30 months from the Issuance Date.

Exercise Period. Shall mean a period commencing on an Enrollment Date and which is of such duration as the Committee shall determine.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing with the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. PDT on the Expiration Date.

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the earlier of the Prepayment Date or the Maturity Date (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the four-year anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Exercise Period. The period during which this Warrant is exercisable is referred to as the "Exercise Period."

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the earliest to occur of (i) the closing date of a Qualified Equity Financing, (ii) the closing of an IPO, (iii) immediately before a Change of Control or (iv) March 11, 2010; and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 14 hereof.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and ending February 1, 2011, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing on the date of this Warrant and ending on 5:00 p.m. (prevailing local time in Chicago, Illinois) on February 24, 2010 (the "Expiration Date").
