Exercise Period

Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date of this warrant and ending on the Expiration Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.
Exercise Period. The period commencing upon the date hereof and the date ending seven (7) years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
