Exercise Period

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date of this warrant and ending on the Expiration Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.

Exercise Period. The period commencing upon the date hereof and the date ending seven (7) years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and, unless sooner terminated as provided below, ending on the first to occur of (i) the five (5)-year anniversary of the Company's initial public offering of its Common Stock, and (ii) February 29, 2018.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing on the date that is six (6) months after the closing of an initial public offering of the securities of the Company registered under the Securities Act ("IPO") and ending at 11:59 p.m. on February ___, 2025.

Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date of this Warrant and ending on the later of (i) ten (10) years following the date hereof and (ii) five (5) years following the closing of the Company's Initial Offering.

Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date of this Warrant and ending August 6, 2016.
