Exercise Period

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the Term, defined below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date that is six months after the Closing Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The approximately six (6) month period commencing on one Exercise Date and ending with the next Exercise Date, except that the first Exercise Period of any Offering Period shall commence on the Offering Date and end with the next Exercise Date
