Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the Term, defined below.
Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date that is six months after the Closing Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
