Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing 180 days after the date hereof and ending March 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, unless sooner exercised or terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date that is 180 days immediately following the effective date of the Registration Statement (as defined in the Placement Agency Agreement) and ending on the fifth anniversary of the Issuance Date, if such falls on a day other than a Trading Day, the next succeeding day that is a Trading Day, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
