Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. The government, parliament or legislature of Canada or any other nation, or of any political subdivision thereof, whether provincial, state, municipal or local, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, ministry, tribunal, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government in Canada or any other nation

Governmental Authority. Means the United States of America, any state, commonwealth, territory or possession thereof, any foreign state or government, and any political subdivision or quasi-governmental authority of any of the same, including, but not limited to, courts, arbitrators, tribunals, departments, commissions, boards, bureaus, agencies, counties, municipalities, provinces and other instrumentalities.

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any federal, state, local, foreign or other governmental or administrative (including self-regulatory) body, instrumentality, department or agency or any court, tribunal, administrative hearing body, arbitration panel, commission, or other similar dispute resolving panel or body and shall include any "governmental unit" as such term is defined in Section 9-102 of the UCC.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, provincial, state, local, municipal, national or international government or governmental authority, regulatory or administrative agency, governmental commission, department, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, court, tribunal, arbitrator or arbitral body (public or private)

Governmental Authority. The United States of America, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any political subdivision thereof in which Borrowers principal place of business is located, including without limitation, County of Delaware, the Township of Chadds Ford, and any agency, department, court, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of any of them which exercises jurisdiction over the Borrower.

Governmental Authority. Any nation or government, any federal, state, city, town, municipality, county, local or other political subdivision thereof or thereto and any department, commission, board, bureau, instrumentality, agency or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. Any United States (federal, state or local) or foreign government, or governmental, regulatory, judicial or administrative authority, agency, commission or court (including the Federal Communications Commission and applicable stock exchange(s))

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, local or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other non-governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority (to the extent that the rules, regulations or orders of such organization or authority have the force of law), or any arbitrator, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

Governmental Authority. The United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts, and any political subdivision thereof and any agency, department, commission, court, board, bureau or instrumentality of any of them.

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, local or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other non-governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority, or any arbitrator, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction. For purposes of adding additional clarity only, the parties agree that the NYSE shall, wherever applicable, constitute a Governmental Authority.
