Governmental Entity. As defined below

Governmental Entity. Means any United States or foreign governmental or regulatory agency, commission, court, body, entity or authority.

Governmental Entity. Means any national, state, county, local, municipal or other government or any court of competent jurisdiction, administrative agency or commission or other governmental authority or instrumentality.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any federal, state or local government or regulatory agency, authority, commission or instrumentality.
