Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Shall mean (a) any supranational, national, federal, provincial, state, county, municipal, local, or foreign government or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory, taxing, or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, (b) any public international governmental organization (c) any agency, division, bureau, department, commission, or other political subdivision of any government, entity or organization described in the foregoing clauses (a) or (b) of this... definition (including patent and trademark offices and self-regulatory organizations), (d) government-owned or controlled entity (including state-owned or state-controlled businesses or quasi-government entities), (e) political party; (f) royal family; or (g) public international organization (e.g., the World Bank or Red Cross). Governmental Entity. Means any national, federal, state, county, municipal, local or foreign government, or any political subdivision, court, body, agency or regulatory authority thereof, and any person exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory, taxing or administrative functions of or pertaining to any of the foregoing.

Governmental Entity. Means any court, administrative, regulatory or other governmental agency, commission, authority or instrumentality, foreign or domestic, or any non-governmental self-regulatory agency, commission or authority, foreign or domestic.

Governmental Entity. Means any legislative or executive agency or department or other regulatory service, authority or agency or any court, arbitration panel or other tribunal or judicial authority of any foreign, federal, state, county, municipal or other local jurisdiction, political entity, body, organization, subdivision or branch.

Governmental Entity. Any: (a) nation, state, county, city, town, district or other jurisdiction; (b) federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other government; (c) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature; or (d) body exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, policy, regulatory or taxing authority or similar power.

Governmental Entity. Means the government of the United States of America, any other nation or any political subdivision thereof, whether foreign, state or local, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, tribunal, arbitrator, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Entity. Means any arbitrator, court, nation, government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, and any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of, or pertaining to, government. 2

Governmental Entity. Means individually, and "Government Entities" means collectively, the United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any Tribunal, in each case having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Governmental Entity. Any Federal, state, local or foreign governmental authority or regulatory body, any subdivision, agency, commission or authority thereof or any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any governmental regulatory authority thereunder, or any court, arbitrator or other judicial or quasi-judicial tribunal.

Governmental Entity. Means any governmental authority or any court of competent jurisdiction or administrative agency, commission or instrumentality thereof, and any multi-jurisdictional entity having similar authority to such governmental authority, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Food and Drug Administration.
