Example Definitions of "Guarantors"
Guarantors. Collectively those direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Borrowers set forth on Schedule 3 to the Second Amendment, and "Guarantor" means any of such Guarantors and each additional entity whether now owned or hereafter acquired that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to Section 8.12 hereof
Guarantors. The entities listed on Schedule II to the Purchase Agreement
Guarantors. The Initial Guarantors, the Perrigo Guarantors and the Elan Guarantors, and each of their respective successors
Guarantors. Shall mean all active domestic subsidiaries of the Borrower.
