Hazardous Materials

Example Definitions of "Hazardous Materials"
Hazardous Materials. Means any hazardous materials, hazardous wastes, hazardous constituents, hazardous or toxic substances or petroleum products (including crude oil or any derivative or fraction thereof), defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Laws.
Hazardous Materials. Shall have the meaning given in the Environmental Indemnity.
Hazardous Materials. Any hazardous or toxic substance, material, or waste, including, but not limited to, those substances, materials, and wastes listed in the United States Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Table (49 CFR 172.101) or by the Environmental Protection Agency as hazardous substances (40 CFR Part 302) and amendments thereto, or such substances, materials and wastes regulated under any Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Materials.
