Hazardous Materials. Hazardous Materials. Any substance, product, waste or other material of any nature whatsoever which is or becomes listed or regulated as a "hazardous waste," "hazardous substance," "hazardous material," "toxic substance," "waste," "pollutant," "contaminant," or similar characteristic pursuant to any federal, state or local statute, law, ordinance, resolution code, rule, regulation, order or decree as now or at any time hereafter may be in effect.

Hazardous Materials. Any hazardous or toxic substance, material or waste that is regulated by any federal, state, county, territorial, regional, municipal or local governmental authority under any Environmental Law now or hereafter effective, including, without limitation, any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, or any constituent of any such substance or waste.
