Example Definitions of "Improvements"
Improvements. Shall mean all buildings, facilities, structures and improvements now located or hereafter erected on the parcel of Land described as 4 Parcel 2 on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all fixtures constituting a part thereof.

Improvements. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section B of the Recitals hereof.
