Improvements

Improvements. Shall mean any additions, enhancements, improvements, or further developments made by or on behalf of, or acquired by, or under the control of Licensor relating to the Technology on or after the Effective Time having application in the Field of Use.

Improvements. Means all buildings, structures (including all fuel handling and storage facilities), machinery and equipment, fixtures, construction in progress, including all piping, cables and similar equipment forming part of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC infrastructure of any building, structure or equipment, located on and affixed to the Sites.

Improvements. When used herein, shall mean those improvements to the Premises which Landlord has agreed to provide when approving the plans and specifications (the "Plans") described on Exhibit "O", attached (or to be attached) hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Except to the extent otherwise agreed (and described on an addendum to the Plans), the installation of the Improvements shall be installed by Landlord at Tenant's expense.

Improvements. Shall mean any modifications, alterations, enhancements or improvements to the Inventions, whether developed pursuant to the Research Agreement or separately.

Improvements. Improvements. Shall mean the proposed structure(s) to be placed or constructed upon the Property by Borrower, the cost of which shall be funded in whole or in part by periodic disbursements of the proceeds of the Loan, which proposed structure(s) is (are) more fully described in Schedule C hereto;
