Improvements

Improvements. Means any and all improvements including but not limited to findings, discoveries, inventions, additions, modifications, or changes to or relating to the Technologies, Components or Products or to processes for manufacturing, testing, operating or maintaining Products or Components.

Improvements. All definitions set forth in the Settlement Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit A) shall apply to this Agreement including, without limitation, the definitions of "Affiliates," "BSC Licensed Patents," "BSC License," "[***] Patents," "[***] Patent," "[***] patents," "[***] Patents," "Excluded Patents" and "Improvements."

Improvements. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the License and incorporated by reference in to the Assignment.

Improvements. Means the improvements to the Property, or portions thereof, completed by Buyer as contemplated in subsection 8.2 below.

Improvements. Means any and all developments, inventions or discoveries in the Field relating to the Licensed Technology developed, or acquired with the right to sublicense to Allergan as provided for herein, by Ista at any time and shall include, but not be limited to, developments intended to enhance the safety and/or efficacy of the Product, or a new delivery system, combination product or new formulation, provided such modified Product contains Hyaluronidase.

Improvements. The Building Cores, Building Shells, Site Improvements, Tenant Improvements and other improvements shown on the Approved Plans from time to time and to be constructed on the Property pursuant to the Lease and this Work Letter.

Improvements. The term "Improvements" shall mean those buildings, fixtures and appurtenances situated on and attached to the Land (as such term is defined below).

Improvements. Shall have the meaning provided in Granting Clause (C).

Improvements. Shall mean any improved or modified element or feature of BIOLITEC Technology for use in the Field made during the term of this Agreement which is applicable to a Product.
