Inventions. Any invention, idea, discovery, development, improvement or innovation made by the Contractor in connection with the provision of the Services, whether or not patentable or capable of registration, and whether or not recorded in any medium
Inventions. Inventions. Means any and all discoveries, concepts and ideas, whether patentable or not, including, but not limited to, processes, methods, formulas, compositions, techniques, articles and machines, as well as improvements thereof or know-how related thereto, relating to the business of the Company or of any corporation directly or indirectly controlled by or controlling the Company or in which any of the aforesaid have at least a fifty percent (50%) ownership interest.

Inventions. The matters set out in sub-clause 25.1.
Inventions.
