Inventions. Any enhancement, invention or discovery made under this Agreement.

Inventions. All inventions and discoveries which are made or conceived in the design or performance of the Study, or any Phase III registration study for the Combination performed pursuant to Section 6.12, and/or which are made or conceived by a Party through use of the Clinical Data.
