Inventions. Shall mean: (1) All inventions, improvements, modifications, and enhancements, whether or not patented, made by Employee during Employee's employment by the Company, and (2) All inventions, improvements, modifications and enhancements made by Employee, during a period of one year after any suspension or termination of Employee's employment by the Company, which relate, directly or indirectly,... to the past, present or future business of the Company. Inventions. Means all discoveries, inventions, improvements, innovations, ideas, concepts and other developments, including, but not limited to, methods, recipes, processes, computer programs and software, relating to the business of the Company, or any actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development of the Company, made or conceived by Wang in whole or in part during any period of employment with the Company, whether alone or with others, and whether or not patentable or reduced to practice.
Inventions. Means inventions, discoveries, ideas, concepts, systems, works, trade secrets, know‐how, intellectual property, products, processes or improvements or modifications of current products, processes or designs, or methods of manufacture, distribution, management or otherwise (whether or not covered by or able to be covered by a patent or copyright).
Inventions. Means discoveries, concepts, formulas, and ideas, whether or not patentable, copyrightable, or protectable as a mask work, including but not limited to processes, methods, formulas, and techniques, as well as improvements thereof or know-how related thereto, relating to any current or prospective products, product ideas, and/or activities of the Company, with which activities I am acquainted as a consequence of my employment with the Company.
Inventions. Means any and all inventions, formulas, discoveries, developments, designs, innovations, improvements, or processes (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off Company premises) during the Executive's employment that relate to either the Products or any prospective activity of the Company or... any of its Affiliates or that make use of Confidential Information or any of the equipment or facilities of the Company or any of its Affiliates. Inventions. Discoveries; developments; trade secrets; processes; formulas; data; lists; software programs; and all other works of authorship, mask works, ideas, concepts, know-how, designs, and techniques, whether or not any of the foregoing is or are patentable, copyrightable, or registrable under any intellectual property laws or industrial property laws in the United States or elsewhere. Inventions. Inventions. All inventions, designs, diagrams, schematics, algorithms, creative works, codes, improvements, modifications and enhancements, whether or not protected or protectable by laws relating to patents or copyrights, which are made or conceived by Employee during Employee's employment by Company, regardless whether reduced to practice during the term of this employment.
Inventions. Discoveries, concepts and ideas, whether patentable or not, relating to any present or prospective activities of the Company, including, but not limited to, devices, processes, methods, formulae, techniques, applications, technology and any improvements to the foregoing. Such definition shall also encompass all such discoveries, concepts and ideas, even if formulated by the Employee prior to his employment by the Company.
