Example Definitions of "Inventions"
Inventions. Shall mean all discoveries, developments, designs, improvements, inventions, formulas, software programs, processes, techniques, know-how, negative know-how, data, research, techniques, and technical data (whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright or similar statutes and including all rights to obtain, register, perfect, and enforce those proprietary interests) that are related to or useful in the Company's present or future... business or result from use of property owned, leased, or contracted for by the Company. "Inventions" shall also include anything that derives actual or potential economic value from not being generally known to the public or to other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use. Inventions. Include ideas, discoveries, inventions, developments and improvements, whether or not reduced to practice and whether or not patentable or otherwise within the definition of Intellectual Property.
Inventions. Shall mean and include all procedures, systems, machines, methods, processes, uses, apparatuses, compositions of matter, designs configurations or computer programs of any kind, discovered, conceived, reduced to practice, developed, made, or produced during your employment with Company, or any improvements to them, and shall not be limited to the meaning of "Invention" under the United States patent laws.
Inventions. Shall mean any new or useful art, discovery, improvement or invention whether or not patentable, and all related know-how, designs, mask works, trademarks, formulae, processes, manufacturing techniques, trade secrets, ideas, art work or software, and all patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other Proprietary Rights therein.
Inventions. Any potentially patentable or copyrightable innovation based on the Research Results, which is conceived during the term of this Agreement by employees of Institution or Sponsor.

Inventions. Inventions. Inventions. Means any software, hardware, systems, material, works, information, discoveries, inventions, processes, data or products, including Derivatives, that are (i) copyrightable, patentable or subject to trade secret protection, and (ii) created by Intel or Clearwire in the performance of this Agreement or the Prior Agreement.
