Inventions. Shall mean all discoveries, developments, designs, improvements, inventions, formulas, software programs, processes, techniques, know-how, negative know-how, data, research, techniques, and technical data (whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright or similar statutes and including all rights to obtain, register, perfect, and enforce those proprietary interests) that are related to or useful in the Company's present or future... business or result from use of property owned, leased, or contracted for by the Company. Inventions. Include ideas, discoveries, inventions, developments and improvements, whether or not reduced to practice and whether or not patentable or otherwise within the definition of Intellectual Property.

Inventions. Shall mean and include all procedures, systems, machines, methods, processes, uses, apparatuses, compositions of matter, designs configurations or computer programs of any kind, discovered, conceived, reduced to practice, developed, made, or produced during your employment with Company, or any improvements to them, and shall not be limited to the meaning of "Invention" under the United States patent laws.

Inventions. Shall mean any new or useful art, discovery, improvement or invention whether or not patentable, and all related know-how, designs, mask works, trademarks, formulae, processes, manufacturing techniques, trade secrets, ideas, art work or software, and all patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other Proprietary Rights therein.

Inventions. Any potentially patentable or copyrightable innovation based on the Research Results, which is conceived during the term of this Agreement by employees of Institution or Sponsor.

Inventions. Means any and all ideas, processes, trademarks, service marks, inventions, designs, technologies, computer hardware or software, original works of authorship, formulas, discoveries, patents, copyrights, copyrightable works, products, marketing and business ideas, and all improvements, know-how, data, rights, and claims related to the foregoing that, whether or not patentable, which are conceived, developed or created that (i) relate to the Company's current or demonstrably contemplated business... or activities, (ii) relate to the Company's actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development, (iii) result from any work performed by Employee for the Company, (iv) involve the use of the Company's equipment, supplies, facilities or trade secrets, (v) result from or are suggested by any work done by the Company or at the Company's request, or any projects specifically assigned to Employee, or (vi) result from Employee's access to any of the Company Materials. Inventions. Shall mean inventions, discoveries, concepts and ideas, whether patentable or not, including, without limitation, processes, methods, formulae and techniques, and improvements thereof or know-how related thereto, concerning any present or prospective activities of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company, with which the Executive becomes or has become, directly or indirectly, involved as a result, in whole or in part of the Executive's employment by the Company, or any... Inventions. Means disclosures, notes, concepts, or Improvements that are protectable as a trade secret or by the exclusive rights under all United States and foreign patents that have issued or may issue in the future (including utility, utility model and design patents, supplementary protection certificates, certificates of invention and the like), all patent applications (including applications for utility, utility model and design patents, supplementary protection certificates, certificates of invention... and the like), and all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, reexaminations, renewals, extensions or additions to any such patents and patent applications, heretofore or hereafter filed or having legal force in any country of the world, and all inventions and Improvements disclosed therein. Inventions. Means any software, hardware, systems, material, works, information, discoveries, inventions, processes, data or products, including Derivatives, that are (i) copyrightable, patentable or subject to trade secret protection, and (ii) created by Intel or Clearwire in the performance of this Agreement or the Prior Agreement. Inventions are Clearwire Inventions, Intel Inventions or Joint Inventions.
