Inventions

Inventions. Shall mean trade secrets, inventions (whether or not patentable), ideas, processes, formulas, source and object codes, data, programs, other works of authorship, know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs and techniques.

Inventions. Inventions. Inventions. Inventions (whether patentable or not), discoveries, improvements, designs, and ideas (whether or not shown or described in writing or reduced to practice) including, and in addition to any such Confidential Information or Copyright Works.

Inventions.
