Inventions

Inventions. The inventions referred to as "PD-Ll based immunotherapy" and "PD-Ll Peptides for use in cancer vaccines", respectively, and described in the Patent Applications.

Inventions. Any and all ideas, discoveries, concepts, trademarks, developments, original works of authorship, processes, improvements, products, methods, formulae, designs, software programs, trade secrets, and techniques (whether or not protectable by trademark, copyright, or patent) that relate in any way to the present, prospective, or contemplated activities of the Company. Inventions excludes Excluded Works.

Inventions. Shall mean and include any and all inventions and discoveries which are, or may be, patentable or otherwise protectable under the patent or other intellectual property laws of any country, which relate to Licensed Products and/or the Lamp, and which are conceived, discovered or reduced to practice during the Term.

Inventions. Means all innovations, inventions, improvements, original works of authorship, developments, concepts, know-how and/or trade secrets, whether or not patentable, resulting from the performance of the Services.

Inventions. Means any and all inventions, formulas, discoveries, developments, designs, innovations, improvements or processes (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off Group member premises) during the Executive's employment.
