Example Definitions of "Inventions"
Inventions. Means any and all inventions, formulas, discoveries, developments, designs, innovations, improvements or processes (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off Group member premises) during the Executive's employment.
Inventions. Ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, discoveries, and works of authorship, whether or not patentable or protectable by copyright or as information, or material related thereto.
Inventions. Shall mean all inventions, original works of authorship, developments, concepts, improvements, designs, discoveries, ideas, trademarks or trade secrets, including, but not limited to, software, code, websites, algorithms, methods, content, packaging, surveys, reports, contributions to Company's proprietary business methods, marketing plans, and work product, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright or similar laws, that I may solely or jointly conceive or develop or reduce to... practice, or cause to be conceived or developed or reduced to practice, during my employment with the Company.
