Investors

Investors. Means Millennium and the Investors identified in the Securities Purchase Agreement and any Affiliate, successor or assign, or permitted transferee of Millennium or any Investor who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities.

KG, Millennium Partners II, L.P. MBP III Plan Investors, L.P (collectively, the "DLJMB Funds")

Investors. Shall have the meaning set forth in the second "whereas" paragraph.
