Example Definitions of "Involuntary Termination"
Involuntary Termination. A termination of the Grantee's service as a Director that occurs either by (i) the Company's failure to re-nominate the Grantee as a Director for any new term or (ii) by a failure to secure shareholder approval of the Grantee's service as a Director for any new term.
Involuntary Termination. Outside of the twenty-four (24) months following a Change in Control, (a) the Participant's employment is involuntarily terminated by the Company and its Subsidiaries without Cause, or (b) the Participant terminates employment from the Company and its Subsidiaries for Good Reason.
