Example Definitions of "Key Employee"
Key Employee. Means an employee as defined in Section 416(i) of the Code without regard to paragraph (5) thereof.
Key Employee. A Top Hat Employee who is: (1) An officer of an Employer having annual compensation greater than $140,000; (2) A five-percent owner of the Company; or (3) A one-percent owner of the Company having an annual compensation greater than $150,000.
