Example Definitions of "Key Employee"
Key Employee. An employee of the Company or any Subsidiary thereof approved by the Board for participation in the Plan on the basis of his or her ability to contribute significantly to the growth and profitability of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries
Key Employee. An employee of the Company whose specialist skills, qualifications and relevant experience are vital to the future success of the Company and is so certified to the Revenue Commissioners by the Company
Key Employee. Means any employee of the Company whose performance the Committee determines can have a significant effect on the success of the Company.
Key Employee. A Participant who is a specified employee, as defined as in Code Section 409A and the regulations and other official guidance issued thereunder, and as determined in accordance with procedures established by the Committee.
