Know How. All technical, scientific and other know-how, information, technology, methods, processes and practices, and all Provided Materials, whether or not confidential, proprietary, or patentable.
Know How. Know How. All information and data relating to the use of the Program which the University is free to disclose and is in the University's possession including technical knowledge and documentation relating to the use and development of the Program but excluding the source code
Know How. Know-how (a) Controlled by SRM as of the Effective Date and (b) necessary or useful to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale or import [***] or Compatible Devices.
Know How.
