Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means a pharmaceutical preparation or formulation containing L-DOPS, whether or not such Licensed Product is used as a single agent or in combination with other therapeutically active components. Licensed Product includes Combination Products.

Licensed Product. A "Licensed Product" shall mean VOCUS's current products including the Data, as well as future electronically delivered media database products that incorporate the Data.

Licensed Product. Means a Simple Product or an Incorporated Product.

Licensed Product. Means a PWM controller with design considerations described in Schedule A.

Licensed Product. Means the Compound combined with or formulated using CAPTISOL in an injectable dosage form/formulation for ultimate use in humans.

Licensed Product. Shall mean (i) an exchange-traded fund (the "Fund") whose investment objective is to track the performance of the Tradition Coal Index, and (ii) the provision of investment management and related services to the Fund

Licensed Product. The term "Licensed Product(s)" shall mean any product or process which cannot be developed, manufactured, used or sold (i) without infringing on the valid issued claims of the Licensed Patents, or (ii) without utilizing the Licensed Technology.

Licensed Product. A composition made, used, offered for sale, sold, or imported in the TERRITORY and where, but for the license granted under this AGREEMENT, such making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing would infringe a VALID CLAIM.

Licensed Product. Any product manufactured by LICENSEE, its Affiliates, or authorized sub-LICENSEES as defined herein, in the Market and covered by, which embodies, utilizes or is based upon the Patent Rights, Technology Rights or Licensed Intellectual Property defined in this Agreement.

Licensed Product. Shall mean any pharmaceutical formulation that is manufactured in whole or in part through the use of the Technology.
