Example Definitions of "Licensed Product"
Licensed Product. Means any device, composition, product, or service: (a) the making, using, performing, importing or selling of which, but for the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more Valid Claims as defined below; or (b) that is developed, in whole or in part, by use of one or more inventions that are the subject of one or more Valid Claims of the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Product. Each and every Product (defined below), including related packaging and trade dress, used hereunder and that (a) bears a Trademark and (b) is specifically approved in writing by Licensor as a Licensed Product hereunder
Licensed Product. Means any Covered product comprising Engineered NK Cells and/or Engineered T Cells derived from a Cell Line for use in the Field.
