Example Definitions of "Licensed Product"
Licensed Product. Means any product the manufacture, use, sale or import of which by Licensee and/or Sublicensee that would, in the absence of this Agreement, infringe, at least one Valid Claim of an issued patent or at least one Valid Claim of a pending patent application. For clarity, with respect to a claim of a pending patent application, "infringed" refers to activity that would infringe such Valid Claim if it were contained in an issued patent.
Licensed Product. Any product or process or component of either of the foregoing, the Exploitation of which would, in the absence of the licenses granted to Company hereunder, infringe at least one Valid Claim
Licensed Product. Means any product that: (a) contains a Compound as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (alone or with other active ingredients) in any forms, presentations, formulations or dosage strengths; or (b) the manufacture, sale, use or importation of which, absent the license granted to Tarsus from Elanco under this Agreement, would infringe a Valid Claim of a Licensed Patent.
Licensed Product. Any product which in whole or in part incorporates Derived Material or Derived Material Improvements
Licensed Product. Any product that contains, is made or derived from, and/or requires the use of any Tangible Research Property or Modifications.

Licensed Product. Any product (or component thereof) which (1) contains, includes or incorporates all or any part of the software licensed by Columbia, or (2) the discovery, development, manufacture, use, sale, offering for sale, importation, exportation, distribution, rental or lease of which is Covered By a claim of a patent licensed by Columbia.
