Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Any product that, in whole or in part, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe, or is covered by, or when manufactured, or when used, practices one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS.

Licensed Product. Any "Covered Product" or "Developed Product."

Licensed Product. Means any neuro-related lead, neuro-related lead extension, any other neuro-related lead-type device, or any product related to a neuro-related lead, in each case which incorporates the Licensed Technology.

Any product which is made, made for, used, sold or imported by Aspen and any Sublicensees which: (a) in the absence of this License Agreement would infringe at least one Valid Claim, or (b) uses a process covered by a Valid Claim. Licensed Product.
