Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means any product, process or method that, in whole or in part, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the Patent Rights. Licensed Product. Shall mean any Product, the use of which by INC, as of the Effective Date, is covered by any claim of any of the PHARMA Patent Rights and/or any of the PHARMA Know-How.

Licensed Product. Licensed Product. Means: (a) any product or service, for use in the Field, the making, using, selling or importation of which would, but for the license granted herein, directly or indirectly infringe a Valid Claim in the country in which the product is made, used, sold or imported, (b) any product or service, for use in the Field, that incorporates or otherwise utilizes, whether in its manufacture, use or otherwise, the Know-How, or (c) any materials sold for use in conjunction with (a) or (b).

Licensed Product. Any botulinum neurotoxin products manufactured by Daewoong or its Affiliates, or any successor to Daewoong or its Affiliates, with the generic name prabotulinumtoxinA for any of Evolus's products made according to a process that is or will be approved by, and whose sale and/or marketing is or will be approved by a Government Authority in the Territory

Licensed Product. "Licensed Product(s)" shall mean any and all pharmaceutical product(s) containing a Licensed Compound in any formulation or dosage form for any and all indications for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, each formulation or dosage form of a pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound shall be a separate Licensed Product.

Licensed Product. Means (i) a semiconductor device, at whatever stage of completion in the manufacturing process, in die, wafer or chip form, or any other device or item of value, in each case for which the design is owned by Licensee or a third-party customer of Licensee or (ii) a Licensor Product.

Licensed Product. A device, composition, method, process or service, the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import of which, but for the licenses granted herein, (i) would infringe a VALID CLAIM (including a device, composition, method, process or service) or (ii) utilizes or incorporates TANGIBLE PROPERTY.

Licensed Product. Means any product, including, without limitation, a product for use or used in practicing a Licensed Method and any product made by practicing a Licensed Method, the manufacture, use, Sale, offer for Sale or import of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.

Licensed Product. Means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.
