Licensed Product

Licensed Product. A Proposed Product that meets the Xbox 360 Certification Specifications, has passed the Xbox 360 certification process described in Section 6, and meets the Quality Standards and Microsoft Standards

Licensed Product. Tx Licensed Product, Rx Licensed Product and Tx/Rx Licensed Product.

Licensed Product. Any product in the ITT Field of Use that is developed by ITT and that incorporates one or more [*].

Licensed Product. Any product, component, or material which is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired, valid claim contained in the Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. The term "Licensed Product" shall mean any product and/or device and/or process and/or service (a) the manufacture, use or sale of which without a license from BGN would infringe upon any Licensed Patent Rights; and/or (b) that embodies, comprises, contains, uses or was developed using any Licensed Patent Rights and/or the BGN Technology, in each of the foregoing cases is covered by a Valid Claim of the Licensed Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. The term "Licensed Product" shall mean any product (a) covered by a Valid Claim of the Licensed Patent Rights, or (b) that utilizes or incorporates Licensed Biological Materials.

Licensed Product. Any HIV vaccine product other than the HIV Vaccine that cannot be developed, manufactured, used, or sold without infringing one or more Valid Claim(s) under the Patent Rights (without taking into account any co-ownership rights of ABL or its Affiliates in the Patent Rights).

Licensed Product. Any product that cannot be developed, manufactured, used, or sold without infringing one or more Valid Claims.

Licensed Product. Means the product using technology, know-how, trade secrets and other intellectual property developed or obtained by STERN, as more specifically described on confidential Schedule 1.1(a) hereto, including all modifications, changes, adaptations, and improvements thereto.

Licensed Product. A Kit for performing an Assay in the Licensed Field of IVD where manufacture, sale or importation of the Kit or where an Assay performed with the Kit, would, but for license rights from PHRI, infringe at least one Valid Claim of PHRI Patent Rights.
