Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means any pharmaceutical formulation containing PRS-080, Pieris' pegylated Anticalin protein targeting hepcidin, as the active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Licensed Product. Means any product or good in the Field of Use that is made by, made for, sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by the Licensee or its sublicensees during the Term and the Post-termination Period and that, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, would (i) infringe (including under the doctrine of equivalents) one or more claims in a Licensed Patent; or (ii) is covered by one or more claims in a Licensed Patent Application, or any product or good that is made using a... process or method that, but for the granting of rights set forth in this Agreement, would (i) infringe (including under the doctrine of equivalents) one or more claims in a Licensed Patent; or (ii) is covered by one or more claims in a Licensed Patent Application. Licensed Product. Any product or part thereof in the Field, the manufacture, use or sale of which would, absent the license granted hereunder, infringe one or more claims of an issued patent in the US Tuschl II Patent Family.

Licensed Product. Any RAGE-inhibiting small molecule, including but not limited to the molecule designated by the Company as TTP488, (i) the discovery, development, manufacture, use, sale, rental, lease, importation, and offer to sell of which is covered by a Claim of the Licensed Patent or (ii) that has been discovered or developed through the use of or that uses Licensed Research Information or Licensed Materials

Licensed Product. A product or service, as the case may be, which (i) utilizes, utilized, or otherwise relies upon or relied upon, any or all of the CONKWEST Cell Lines and/or the CONKWEST Cell Banks or (ii) would, but for the licenses granted pursuant to Section 2(a)(ii) or Section 2(c) hereto, infringe a Valid Claim

Licensed Product. Any product or process containing or using the Licensed Intellectual Property within the Field.

Licensed Product. Any product covered by the scope of any Valid Claim contained in any Licensed Patent or a product made by a process, method or technique covered by the scope of any Valid Claim in any Licensed Patent or methods of using any product covered by the scope of any Valid Claim contained in any Licensed Patent.

Licensed Product. Any product, service or part thereof in the Vertegen Field of Use or ConforMIS Field of Use, the development, performance, manufacture, use, or sale of which is covered under issued and/or pending claims of the Licensed Patent or which is otherwise covered under, utilizes or is derived from the Licensed IP.

Licensed Product. Means a pharmaceutical composition in and for the Field comprising the Compound combined with or formulated using Captisol that is Covered by the Licensed Patents or that is developed with the assistance of or incorporates any component of the Captisol Data Package. For clarity, the Licensed Product shall not include any product the composition of which includes the Compound and any other active pharmaceutical ingredient.
