Example Definitions of "Licensed Product"
Licensed Product. Any product that incorporates Biological Materials.
Licensed Product. Any product or good in the Field of Use that is made by, made for, sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by Company or Sublicensees during the term of this Agreement and the Post-termination Period where such manufacture, use, or sale is covered by one or more Valid Claims of a Licensed Patent.
Licensed Product. Any product, product part or service, the making, using, importing or selling of which would, but for this license, infringe a Valid Claim in the Patent Rights in a country in which it is made, used, imported, or sold.
Licensed Product. Means any product intended for a Licensed Use the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, import or distribution of which, but for the license granted hereunder, would infringe or otherwise misappropriate BRAHMS IP and/or makes use of Biological Material.
Licensed Product. The meaning set forth in the 2007 Agreement
Licensed Product. Collectively the Licensed Source Code, Licensed Software and Licensed Documentation
Licensed Product. Means a product for which the making, having made, using, offering for sale, selling or importing would absent this Agreement or any other agreement (including any assignment agreement), infringe a Valid Claim.

Any product that (i) incorporates DeImminised Protein, (ii) is produced by use of a DeImmunised Plasmid, or (iii) the manufacture, use, or sale of which would, absent the license granted to Viventia hereunder, infringe one or more of the claims included in the Licensed Patent Rights that has not expired, been revoked or disclaimed, or found to be invalid or unenforceable in an unappealed or unappealable decision of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Licensed Product. Any pharmaceutical products and medical devices covered by any claim of the UNC Patents, other than any products or devices that incorporate or utilize Novan Particles. For clarity, the products existing as of the Effective Date with the internal Novan designations NVN1000 and NVN4000 are not Licensed Products.
Licensed Product. Means (a) any product made, made for, used, sold or imported by Licensee and/or Sublicensee that (i) in the absence of this Agreement would infringe at least one Valid Claim, or (ii) uses a process covered by a Valid Claim, and/or (b) any product made, and/or method or process used, in whole or in part, using or otherwise derived from Technical Information and/or Tangible Research Property., with the provisio that no product shall be construed a "Licensed Product" pursuant to (a)(i) or (a)(ii)... of this section which would not infringe any claim of a Patent Rights patent application pending in the United States as of October 15, 2012, or any claim of an issued, unexpired, valid and enforceable Patent Rights patent, in either the country of the product's manufacture or sale or (3)does not contain nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) or its precursor NADH, an intermediate of a de novo pathway for synthesizing NAD, an intermediate of a NAD salvage pathway, an intermediate of a nicotinamide riboside kinase pathway, or a combination thereof, such ingredients including but not limited to nicotinamide mononucleotide, nicotinic acid mononucleotide, and nicotinamide riboside.
