Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means any product for use in the Field that incorporates a Covered Compound, in any and all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

Licensed Product. Means products offered by Vendor that are distributed and accessed via electronic means.

Licensed Product. Means the Compound combined with or formulated using Captisol in an intravenous dosage form/formulation, or a form/formulation intended to be reconstituted for intravenous administration, for ultimate use in humans. For clarity, the Licensed Product shall not include any product which is a combination product incorporating the Compound with any other active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Licensed Product. Shall mean any product or service that, in whole or in part: (a) is COVERED by one or more issued, unexpired claims or pending claims of the PATENT RIGHTS; or (b) is manufactured by using a LICENSED PROCESS or that, when used, practices a LICENSED PROCESS.

Licensed Product. The term "Licensed Product" shall mean any compound or product, the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or importation of which would, in the absence of the license under the Licensed Patent Rights granted in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim of the Licensed Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. Means any device, composition, product, or service: (a) the making, using, performing, importing or selling of which, but for the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more Valid Claims as defined below; or (b) that is developed, in whole or in part, by use of one or more inventions that are the subject of one or more Valid Claims of the Licensed Patents.

Licensed Product. Each and every Product (defined below), including related packaging and trade dress, used hereunder and that (a) bears a Trademark and (b) is specifically approved in writing by Licensor as a Licensed Product hereunder

Licensed Product. Means any Covered product comprising Engineered NK Cells and/or Engineered T Cells derived from a Cell Line for use in the Field.

Licensed Product. Any product the manufacture, use or sale of which would infringe or be covered by one or more Valid Claims in Licensed Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. The Gold Trust and any gold investment product created after the Effective Date that is sold, sponsored or issued by Licensee in the Territory that is covered by or encompasses a claim contained in Licensor Patent Rights, including, but not limited to the Gold Trust.
