Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Licensed Product. Means any Therapeutic Product the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import would infringe any Valid Claim within the Patent Rights in the absence of a license.

Licensed Product. "Licensed Product(s)" means any product(s) or process(es) (i) that embody or utilize any aspect of the Licensed Patents or the Licensed Technology, or (ii) the manufacture, use, license or sale of which product or process would (a) absent the licenses granted herein, infringe any proprietary right of Licensors in respect of the Licensed Patents or the Licensed Technology, or (b) involve utilization of GBC-590 Material.

Licensed Product. (i) PSRs incorporating Solar Intellectual Property and manufactured by or on behalf of Capstone for use in Microturbines, excluding PSRs supplied to Capstone by Solar, and (ii) any modification, improvement, or derivation of Capstone Special Order PSRs which incorporates or is derived from Solar Intellectual Property, manufactured by or on behalf of Capstone, excluding PSRs supplied to Capstone by Solar.

Licensed Product. Shall mean any product, device, system, article of manufacture, composition of matter or service, within the Field of Use, that is covered by, or is made by a process covered by, any claim of the Licensed Patents or that utilizes the Licensed Technology in material part.
