Licensed Product

Licensed Product. A Kit for performing an Assay in the Licensed Field of IVD where manufacture, sale or importation of the Kit or where an Assay performed with the Kit, would, but for license rights from PHRI, infringe at least one Valid Claim of PHRI Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. Any product that, in whole or in part, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe, or is covered by, or when manufactured, or when used, practices one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS.

Licensed Product. Any "Covered Product" or "Developed Product."

Licensed Product. Any Silver-Based Securities Product that is sold, sponsored or issued by the Trust in the Territory that is covered by or encompasses a claim contained in Licensor Patent Rights, including, but not limited to, the iShares Silver Trust and any cross-listings of the shares thereof for trading on any non-U.S. securities exchanges within the Territory.

Licensed Product. Means any neuro-related lead, neuro-related lead extension, any other neuro-related lead-type device, or any product related to a neuro-related lead, in each case which incorporates the Licensed Technology.

Licensed Product. Shall mean any product or part thereof, the manufacture, use, or sale of which is: (i) covered by one or more Valid Claims of any Patent Rights, or (ii) which could not be developed, manufactured, used, sold, comprised or delivered without the Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. Any product or device that: (i) is developed, designed, modified, improved, manufactured, used, imported, sold or offered for sale by or on behalf of the Licensee or its Affiliates (or its or their sublicensees) that would, in the absence of this Agreement, infringe a Valid and Enforceable claim in the Patent Rights; or (ii) incorporates the Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. Any product which is made, made for, used, sold or imported by Aspen and any Sublicensees which: (a) in the absence of this License Agreement would infringe at least one Valid Claim, or (b) uses a process covered by a Valid Claim. Licensed Product includes any product made, and method or process used, in whole or in part using Tangible Research Property or Technical Information.
