Example Definitions of "Licensed Product"
Licensed Product. A Kit for performing an Assay in the Licensed Field of IVD where manufacture, sale or importation of the Kit or where an Assay performed with the Kit, would, but for license rights from PHRI, infringe at least one Valid Claim of PHRI Patent Rights.
Licensed Product. Any product that, in whole or in part, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe, or is covered by, or when manufactured, or when used, practices one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS.

Licensed Product includes any product made, and method or process used, in whole or in part using Tangible Research Property or Technical Information.
