Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Licensed Product. Any product, service and/or process that constitutes, is based on, incorporates or uses, in whole or in part, Licensed Technology, including any mutant or altered form of the genetic material which is covered by the Patent Rights

Licensed Product. A prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine comprised of antigen(s) owned or controlled by Rhein that also contains Licensed Adjuvant and that potentially utilizes additional delivery or adjuvant technology, in pharmaceutical dosage forms suitable for human use

Licensed Product. Means a pharmaceutical composition comprising the Compound and Captisol, which is Covered by the Licensed Patents or Product Know-How or Captisol Data Package.

Licensed Product.
