Licensed Products

Licensed Products. Means the EB Licensed Products, EB Products, or LM Licensed Products, as the context requires.

Licensed Products. Any product, including, without limitation, a product for use or used in practicing a Licensed Method and any product made by practicing a Licensed Method, the manufacture, use, Sale, offer for Sale or import of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.

Licensed Products. Products made, made for, used or sold by Licensee or its Affiliates or sublicensees and that would infringe on at least one Valid Patent Claim of Rutgers Patent Rights or Rutgers Optional Patent Rights in the absence of a license, or that use a process, material or machine covered by a Valid Patent Claim of Rutgers Patent Rights or Rutgers Optional Patent Rights in the absence of the License.

Licensed Products. Means the Cigarette Inventory and any cigarette products produced by or for Licensee under the Trademarks.

Licensed Products. Licensee's products incorporating an Atheros Chipset and a Licensed Work. For purposes of clarity, the Licensed Products do not and may not include devices without an Atheros Chipset or without a Licensed Work

Licensed Products. Those Proposed Product(s) which meet the Xenon Certification Specifications, have passed the Xenon certification process in Section 6 and meet the Quality Standards and Microsoft Standards in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Licensed Product(s) must be of the type listed in Exhibit E and may not be products listed under the Excluded Product heading on Exhibit E as it is subsequently updated by mutual written agreement of the parties

Licensed Products. Coffee in portion sizes of 5 Ib bags, 1 Kg bags and 2.5 oz portion packs, related goods, and goods related to the Licensed Services.

Licensed Products. Means fully assembled, finished and packaged units of existing and new cellular telephone handsets, personal digital assistants, data cards for laptop computers and other finished end user wireless devices that (i) are compliant with at least the EV-DO standard; and (ii) are used primarily on the Verizon Network under a Service Contract.

Licensed Products. REAGENT LICENSED PRODUCTS, THERAPEUTIC LICENSED PRODUCTS and DIAGNOSTIC LICENSED PRODUCTS.

Licensed Products. All products, applications, processes or services currently derived from the Licensed IP, including without limitation, products, applications processes or services that would, but for the rights and license granted in this Agreement, infringe the Licensed IP.
