Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Loan Agreement, and all present and future documents and instruments delivered or to be delivered by Borrower, or any of its Affiliates under, in connection with or relating to this Agreement or the Loan Agreement as each of the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Loan Documents. Means the Reimbursement Agreement and all agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection with or contemplated by the Reimbursement Agreement, the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Assignment of Contracts and Permits, the Contractor's Letter, the Architect's Certificate, the West Chicago Environmental Indemnity Agreement, the West Chicago Mortgage, the Installment Note, including, without limitation, security agreements, guaranties, mortgages, pledges,... powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, certificates, notices, leases, financing statements and all other written matter heretofore, now and/or from time to time hereafter executed by and/or on behalf of Borrower and delivered to or for the benefit Bank or any affiliated bank, as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time hereafter. Loan Documents. Mean this Agreement, the Note, the Mortgages, the Environmental Indemnity Agreements and any other agreement, instrument, certificate or document now or hereafter executed in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.
