Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Shall mean this Agreement and any and all notes, instruments, guaranties, security agreements, financing statements, mortgages, pledge agreements, documents and agreements at any time evidencing, governing, securing or otherwise relating to any of the Liabilities, including, but not limited to, the agreements and documents described in Schedule A attached hereto.

Loan Documents. As used herein or in any other Loan Document includes this Amendment and the Second Amendment to Pledge Agreement and Irrevocable Proxy made by Plains Holdings II Inc. dated as of even date herewith for all purposes, including for the purposes of Section 3.

Loan Documents. Means the Loan Agreement, the Note, the Guarantee, and the Security Documents as defined therein and any other documents executed in connection therewith and all other agreements and documents contemplated by any of the aforesaid documents, and all amendments, modifications, addendums and replacements, whether presently existing or created in the future. Loan Documents. Shall mean that certain Loan Agreement (Exim Bank-Guaranteed Line of Credit) dated June 1, 2000, between Borrower and Bank (the "Loan Agreement") and any promissory notes from Borrower in favor of Bank evidencing or relating to any of the Indebtedness, and deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements, and other agreements, documents, and instruments executed by Borrower in connection with the Loan Agreement, as such Loan Agreement, promissory notes, and... other agreements, documents, and instruments are now in effect and as hereafter amended, restated, renewed or superseded. Loan Documents. Shall mean this Note, the Mortgage, and any other instruments given as security for this Note.

Loan Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Note, the Stock Pledge Agreement and any other instrument or agreement now or hereafter executed by Borrower in connection with the Term Loan.

Loan Documents.
